Exceptional
Perfect location away from the hustle and bustle but ideal for the ferry. And Stephano the concierge
Liked: The room was perfectly comfortable if a little old fashioned. But conveniently on the ground floor. Breakfasts were very good and the breakfast room was very clean, well stocked and friendly staff. Perfect location for our needs, right by the waterside and small ferry terminal. The location is also handy for local restaurants. The main thing about our stay was the concierge Stephano. An utter joy. Friendly, helpful and humorous. He made the stay perfect. eleven out of ten for him.
Disliked: Room could do with a little updating. Particularly the bathroom.
Liked: We had a great time staying in this hotel. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was fulfilling. Wonderful spot right off the water and it was quite relaxing.
Liked: Location and the staff were wonderful. Decent breakfast and overall very comfortable. Faultlessly clean.
Disliked: The shower in our room was too small it was difficult to actually get in and out as the door opening was very narrow, in fact the smallest I have ever seen.
