Great apartment perfect location to be right in Venice
Liked: The location was excellent and lots of room for 2 couples Easy to get to from the water taxi
Excellent location good value for money
Liked: Excellent location. Short and easy access (no stairs) to Rialto Water transport pier. Very close to Piazza San Marco. Beds were comfortable. Extra pillows available in cupboard.
Disliked: Slightly dated, but overall fine. The toilet wasn’t working initially, but it was fixed straight away. The room was a little noisy, as sounds from the corridor and outside could be heard quite clearly.

Disliked: No clean cups for coffee in morning. Room was not in main hotel but down the road so no one available to speak to. Room was tiny and dark

Liked: Excellent location close to St Mark’s Square and shopping
Disliked: Challenging to get to with luggage-take water taxi #1 to Rialto stop. Once off go to alleyway directly across from ticket booth and walk straight ahead until you see a maroon door canopy on the left. This is the main hotel check in. Once there they will help. No lift in the hotel but 3 sets of stairs to climb so be aware. Our room was not ready but they let us in and it was uncomfortable because we saw what the others had left mess wise which didn’t sit well:( Hairdryer also began to overheat when used.
Liked: The location for someone wanting to explore Venice is excellent!
Disliked: The hotel actually is not a hotel, there is no reception, you check in,in another hotel and then they transfer you there. The rooms are poor,the walls dirty,the sliding mosquito net on my window was broken and someone came to fix it afterwards and the icing on the cake was that at some point my colleague's room started leaking water from the ceiling,on a sunny day!!! Overall you pay a lot for what you get.
