Certainly located, clean, comfortable but pricey based of offering
Liked: Very convenient location in the heart of San Marco Square with walking distance to all major top attractions like Gondola boats, water taxi stations, restaurants, shopping San Marco Basilica and Doge’s Palace. Room was clean, air conditioned but small with dated furniture. The bathroom was clean, bidet system and basic toiletries were provided. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included great choices of hot and cold options with fruits, pastries and yogurt with basic packaged juices filled in dispensers and coffee machines.
Disliked: There was no hooks or place to hang towels or clothes when using shower and the bathroom window opens in the back alley with lots of noise until late night.
Gor this hotel after we got scammed by another hotel in Venice. Overall a good stay!

Suite principesca
Liked: Noi abbiamo preso la suite piu costosa con balcone sul canale. La stanza era principesca, con una finestra enorme ed il balcone che si affacciava direttamente sul canale. Potevamo sederci fuori e goderci il passaggio delle gondole, bellissimo. I gondoliere ci salutavano. La stanza era un po vintage, con qualche accessorio anni 90 e il condizionatore un po vecchiotto, ma una camera del genere con quella vista sarebbe costata 3 volte tanto in un altro albergo.
Wonderful stay in Venice!
Liked: The location is perfect, walking distance to everything we wanted to see! The staff were all wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The room itself was spacious, with a beautiful view of the canal from our balcony. We could’ve sat and watched the gondolas all day. Thank you to Andrea the manager for upgrading us to a room with a balcony!
Disliked: Nothing really. If I’m being picky, the bathroom could use some bench space.
