Exceptional
Great hotel, staff and location
Liked: Location and how clean it was
All you need for a memorable stay in Venice
Liked: The hotel was absolutely fantastic - very cozy, well situated, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent. We will definitely be coming back!
Disliked: Perhaps, offering complimentary slippers would be helpful, but not a big deal - we loved everything!
Liked: everything
Liked: The location is great, central and quiet. The room is a big, very beautiful room. The bathroom is also big. Very clean and comfortable. They have a 24 hour service desk. The majority of the staff are so amazing ( apart from one). Very happy with the stay.
A long way to the Top … 67 stairs
Liked: Staff was great…
Disliked: We were in the apartment 5 floors or 67 steps up. We were traveling with full baggage. Was horrible when there was no elevator. The view was amazing.
