Disliked: Challenging to find the hotel, look down, not up when you get to the address, easy to miss as Hotel Torino is on the threshold No replenished cups, tea or coffee from housekeeping & continental breakfast
Fine for 1-2 nights
Liked: The hotel was fine for what we needed. We booked last minute because our previous accomdations fell through. The location is great. The last minute price was very reasonable.
Disliked: The breakfast room is staffed by only one person. It is not self-serve, so she has to bring and prepare all the food, clear all the tables, and wash the dishes. It's not a great system. The food is fine (pastries, yogurt, fruit). The room we stayed in was very small. It was the small double, but I would not recommend it for more than 1-2 nights. It was very cramped with 2 people, and the bed is against the wall so one person can't really get up easily. There was very loud construction during the day, but was fine in the early mornings/evening.
Overall it was a great hotel and near everything especially main attractions and the restaurants and shops
Liked: The location, elevator and room will make you feel like a princess! It’s very aesthetic
Disliked: The room temperature was super cold and it’s Oct and it’s not warm

Disliked: Double bed was just 2 single beds pushed together which separated at various times during the night which meant my partner and I couldn't cuddle during the night. Very disappointing.
Liked: The location and the quirkiness.
Disliked: The breakfast.
