Exceptional
Liked: Me encantó el hotel. Es una antigua mansión renovada, muy bonito. Las habitaciones son lindas, tienen buen tamaño. La ducha solamente es pequeña, pero está bien. El desayuno tiene poca variedad, pero sabe muy bien y el café es exquisito. El jardín es hermoso. Los Aperol spritz son baratos, grandes y buenos.
Disliked: El personal es muy amable, la chica recepcionista y el joven que trabaja de noche! Habíamos tenido una perfecta estadía. Hasta que hubo un mal entendido con un recepcionista Marco. Le consultamos si el podía reservarnos un lugar para el ferry y el se exaltó, diciendo que ahora ya era muy tarde. Fue muy rudo y mal educado. Nosotras solamente estábamos haciendo una consulta. Finalmente fuimos al ferry sin su ayuda y lo alcanzamos sin ningún problema. Esa discusión fue innecesaria y opacó la experiencia que tuvimos en este hermoso hotel.

Liked: The breakfast, especially the coffee. And we are recommended to enjoy the breakfast in the beautiful garden for the nice weather.
Disliked: We missed the information about the city pass of Venice. We will feel better if they can mention us at check-in.
A gem on Lido Venezia
Liked: Marco and the team at Villa Delle Palme are extraordinarily attentive, professional and caring with their guests. We stayed 4 nights during the preview of La Biennale. The breakfast and homemade pastries and cakes were a highlight. Wonderful coffee, extremely clean, comfortable beds, and the free valet parking was a plus for us. We had a wonderful stay and will certainly be back at Villa Delle Palme.
Liked: Amazing place in the quiet street of Lido and away from the never-ending crowds of Venice. Nicely decorated rooms, spacious, very clean and with large comfortable bed. Very good breakfast with a good selection of both sweet and savoury options.
Disliked: The wall-mounted hair dryer in the bathroom is already past it's prime time and it takes a while if you want to dry your hair, maybe time to think about a more modern option? Also the walls in the hotel are quite thin, so if you're unlucky to have some noisy neighbours that might impact the quality of your sleep.
