Fabulous
Calm oasis in between the madness of Venice tourism
Liked: The hotel has a lovely charm to it. Close to the ferry stop but in a calm street away from tourism buzz. Lovely staff, eager to help with everything. Loved the many pastry selection at breakfast.
Disliked: Would love to see more warm food options at breakfast. Like omlette lets say. And more of fresh veggies would be amazing.

Great location and breakfast
Liked: Location was great, beautiful buildings, close to the beach and lots of restaurants, bars, shops and just a few minutes walk to the water bus for travel into San Marco, Venice. Great breakfast choices and very peaceful. Rooms tided every day, beds made and fresh towels provided. Lovely shutters on the windows and Juliet type balconies.
Disliked: Our room was very small, not really big enough for the twin beds requested. Bathroom fittings need to be replaced as very tired. Dust under beds.
Liked: Location, cleaniness, friendly staff.
Disliked: In a room we had a problem with the TV but we got offered another room until the problem was fixed the next day. The other room, along with 4 others were next to the breakfast prep area, we got up at 6:30am everyday by the noise.

Liked: We have stayed her many times. We love the triple room with a balcony. Gorgeous area and close to the water/boat station. The hotel has a lovely breakfast and the staff are so helpful and kind. Thank you!

Liked: We got Privato room that was absolutely great with the best every balcony we ever had. It was huge!!! The people had been very friendly, the breakfast was very good as well. The place is located very well on quiet street close to vaporeto as well close to beach.
