A very rare example of truly exceptional hospitality

Liked: This is a very rare example of truly exceptional hospitality, especially in such a popular tourist destination as Venice. I felt that the owners and the team have thought through every small detail. It almost seemed as if someone who loves traveling and has spent years staying in different hotels carefully noted all the little things that can make guests unhappy—and then made it their mission to eliminate them. At the same time, they have clearly focused on adding thoughtful touches that make guests feel welcome and cared for. The experience starts even before arrival: clear communication, easy-to-follow check-in instructions, contact information, Wi-Fi details, and everything needed for a smooth self-check-in process. Arriving to a cool, air-conditioned room was especially appreciated during the summer heat. What impressed me most was the team’s willingness to accommodate extra requests, whether related to dietary needs or preferences for a room with a better view. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I should also mention the breakfast. Although it is described as continental, it was plentiful, delicious, and beautifully presented. The team is genuinely friendly, warm, and helpful. The room was cleaned daily, and while it wasn’t particularly large, it was very comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was excellent. We loved everything about our stay. It is also incredibly easy to get to Venice from Lido. This wasn’t my first visit to Venice, but it was my first time staying on Lido, and I can honestly say I would choose it again. If you want to spend several days exploring Venice, Lido is, in my opinion, the perfect place to stay. It is peaceful, free from the overwhelming crowds, and has an authentic local atmosphere that is hard to find in the historic center. This is a wonderful place to stay if you are looking for a genuine boutique hotel experience with outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend it.

Disliked: That not all other hotels are like this. Everything was great

Soft mattress and next door rooster - one can do better

Liked: The garden, the building outside

Disliked: The breakfast area was a little grotty, the furniture cheep and uncharismatic, the mattress was ultra soft and we were woken up by the next door rooster early every morning!

Liked: Breakfast had a great variety of dishes and they also offered delicious drinks. There was everything from fresh salads to tasty desserts. The room was very clean, cozy, and had a beautiful view. We especially loved the terrace, where you can enjoy a glass of prosecco in the evening while admiring the beautiful surroundings. We 100% recommend this place, and whenever we come back to Lido di Venezia, we will definitely stay here again.

Disliked: There was no mini fridge in the room, which wasn’t a big issue, but it would have been convenient to keep drinks cold and have them available in the room at any time.
