Fabulous
Liked: Beautiful hotel in great location
Disliked: Lots of mosquito visible in our room, which i understand is unfortunate but not to be expected at this level. And we did get bitten. Told not to open windows, we didn't. I was given spray to kill them and plug ins
Amazing stay in Venice
Liked: The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They definitely made our stay so much better and would come here again because the staff is amazing. The breakfast was delicious - very high quality ingredients and plenty of options to have something different each day of our stay. The location is great.
Disliked: I think the rooms are a bit outdated maybe, the floors were quite squeaky too.
Nice hotel, but no heating - so only recommendable in the summer
Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast room had a very charming ambience and offered as much as one would expect from a three star hotel.
Disliked: The heating was not on in our room - at the end of October- and couldnt be turned on by us. It was freezing in our room. We did report this at the receptionist desk. The heating was, however, still not turned on despite our asking TWICE! A staff member, albeit very friendly, phoned the director, only to let us know, no, the heating wouldn't be turned on at the moment. What they did, is to offer us additional blankets which we accepted. For this price though I think it's an absolute no-go not to turn on the heating at that time of the year!
Clean hotel, well
Liked: Cleanliness, proximity to centre of town, breakfast
Disliked: Nothing I can think of
It’s my thirth stay there and come back
Liked: Location and hospitality
Disliked: The odor in the first floor
Liked: The room was relatively large for a booking in Italy and the breakfast was well stocked.
