  Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, beautiful building and excellent location. Free tea and coffee are offered throughout the day in the lobby, which we appreciated a lot.

  Disliked: There was no heating in our rooms - with 7-14 °C outside, around 15-16 °C inside, we were completely frozen by the end of our holidays. The only facility we could use to heat a double bedroom appartment was a hairdryer (it did not help too much). Definitely do not recommend this place for travellers visiting Venice in Autumn. It is a pity, otherwise it would have been a great place to stay.
