It fit our needs at the time the staff was very helpful. A very nice
Liked: We loved the location very near the train station and main canal
Disliked: There is no elevator. Our room was on the 4th (top floor) a lot of stairs to carry up bags. Fine if you are young and fit. Air conditioning is barely functional

Liked: Staff was excellent as they helped us with our questions and finding a porter to take a bags to the taxi stand.
Disliked: The tiny shower and lack of bathroom space to place your toiletries, etc, There were no porters to help us get our luggage up two flight of stairs to our room. The breakfast area was a bit tight, but we could have eaten outside. It was a little too cool for us on the patio though.
Lovely comfortable stay in perfect location
Liked: Very clean, cosy, perfect location.
Disliked: The cost per night seemed a lot for the size of the room - but that might just be Venice! We also asked for a twin room - we were given twin beds which were made up separately but beds pushed together (with no space to move them apart)
Liked: The location was perfect from the station. Instructions for check in at 2pm were clear and we had no issues graining access into the accommodation and our room. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, with a variety. The staff were very friendly and informative. We enjoyed our stay very much.
