Liked: Location. Quiet
Disliked: Shower tap kept falling off
Liked: The atmosphere was super cozy and the surroundings were absolutely lovely. The receptionist was exceptionally attentive, and helpful throughout our trip. The location is ideal, very close to the Vaporetto stop, from which you are just one stop away from St. Mark's Square.
Everything I wanted for a dream vacation in Tuscany!
Liked: The hosts are so friendly and facilitated nice evenings with other guests enjoying wine and conversation together. Loved the animals especially the cats.

Liked: Location was awesome in a quieter area from the very tourist area yet close enough to walk. The breakfast for 10 euros daily was spectacular enjoyed the breakfast very much! The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The room for the price, I expected it to be a bit more; I was expecting more, especially since it was our 30th wedding anniversary.

Disliked: The stairs were serious. If you have any question, about stairs, request a lower level.
Good value and great staff for a quick Venice overnight
Liked: Good location, quiet at night, screens to keep out mosquitoes, very clean modern bathroom, comfortable mattress, good light for reading, wall hooks and hanging space. Very nice staff!
Disliked: Steepish steps and no lift. Carpet on stairs and hall needs changing or deep clean.
