Great location if you are willing to tolerate some inconveniences
Liked: The location is the best! right near the Accademia Bridge.
Disliked: The beds and pillows are not comfortable. The blue bathroom walls are crumbling. The basin is also difficult to use.
Beautiful apartment with amazing views and wonderful host
Liked: Marta is a wonderful and attentive host. The location is amazing with some of the best views in Venice. Everything is only a short walk or vaporetto away. The apartment is beautifully decorated and wonderfully comfortable with exceptional views of the canal.

Liked: The location of the apartment could not be better, 3 minutes from the Accademia Bridge making it very easy to reach both San Marco and the Zattere easily, even without the vaporetto, and yet the vaporetto stop is at 4 minutes from the apartment. The apartment is meticulously clean and tastefully decorated and the owner is simply lovely. We could not have asked for a better treatment

Fabulous stay - could not have been better
Liked: This is a fabulous property right on the Grand Canal with its own pontoon and private patio on the canal. Marta the owner and host met us at the property - we were able to take a water taxi from the train station and be dropped at the pontoon - which made handling the luggage through Venice so much easier. Marta is a wonderful host and gave us a thorough briefing about the apartment and the appliances etc. The apartment has been beautifully renovated and is spacious with air-conditioning and beautiful bathrooms. It is better than the photos. The location is perfect - it is on the other side of the canal from St Mark's Square but right next to Academia Bridge - so it is not as busy - but the bridge is only 50 meters away so easy to join all the tourists and walk to St Mark's. There is a restaurant/cafe/bar next door to the apartment and supermarket only few minutes away.
