Fabulous
Spacious room in a central location
Liked: Spacious room and nice shower with a kitchen which was convenient. There is no lift in the building but in a very central location.
Disliked: No lift and steep stairs.
A nice stay with a let down at the end
Liked: Location and facilities
Disliked: We are returning customers and were disappointed to find that the facility for checking out, but being able to leave your luggage until later in the day was not available as it relies on having a set of keys avail and since our last visit two sets of keys weee missing, leaving just one room able to use this facility, this meant we had to unexpectedly take our suitcases across Venice for a lunch appointment 🤬
Great location for our first visit to Venice
Liked: The location worked out very well for us as it was just a short walk to the water taxi stops and even St. Mark's. Plenty of food options within a very short walk. The room had everything we needed.
Disliked: It took a while to get used to the multiple entry doors to get to the room, but really no big deal. The landlord had to meet us at the front door to give us the key and she didn't arrive until 20 minutes after check-in time.

Liked: Property was clean, easy to find in safe area. Was exactly how was described. We were able to check in earlier. Thank you Laura for making this possible! We enjoy our stay and we’re happy with everything. Good communication with Laura, very helpful in guiding us how to reach the property.
Disliked: Maybe extra cutlery: we miss some teaspoon but we managed.
Great location, bathroom drain needs a scrub out and clean
Liked: The location. The apartment is in a very good location. Walk to everywhere. Clean and comfortable. We stayed two nights and happy that it is on the first floor as there is no lift. Staff member met us and allowed early check in and showed us around.
Disliked: There is a bad smell in the bathroom. And the pillows are very very flat.
