Disliked: the toiletries had a strong smell
A perfect hotel
Liked: The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The room was large, spacious, beautiful, clean, and wonderfully designed. The in-room amenities were excellent, and we had two minibars one on the lower level and one by the bed. The hotel is located in a very quiet, pleasant area close to the center. Breakfast was good. Simply a perfect stay.
Lovely traditional Venitian style hotel in a quiet yet convenient location
Liked: Wonderful location on a quiet square. And a special thank you to Katie at the reception desk who helped us change our room.
Disliked: Beware your room assignment- in the deluxe category the rooms vary greatly. Our first room was tiny and cramped- then we were able to move to a bright airy room - in the same category - the difference was amazing.
Quiet Venetian escape with character
Liked: Just st back from a busy street with lots of shops and restaurants it was quiet and picturesque.
Disliked: Hotter in the room than it was outside, left the windows open to cool it down but housekeeping kept closing them.
Amazing location, staff welcoming
Liked: Location was fantastic, large rooms perfect for a family.
Disliked: The bed was hard.
Liked: The location close to the water bus stop. Very easy to reach. The room was great. Love the bed. The bathroom was new and spacious. The breakfast was top notch. They even had tea time in the afternoon. Excellent.
