Exceptional
Nice but a little scary for travelers because of no staff there 24 hours
Liked: The room and Kardi was fantastic! Sooo helpful in every way
Disliked: No elevator and no one on the premises 24 hours if a problem
Liked: Our host made our stay memorable with his attention to detail. He met our water taxi at the dock and walked us to our hotel then served us champagne while we checked in. He also helped with our water taxi the following day as we were leaving. Small boutique hotel with a wonderful host. Thank you!
Disliked: Loved it all
Beautiful and cozy stay - absolutely loved
Liked: I absolutely loved our stay at Ninfea Luxury Suites! We originally considered a pricier hotel, but I’m so glad we switched. We saved money and ended up with a room that felt beautifully modern, updated, and incredibly cozy. The location was excellent, too—something that always makes such a difference when traveling. Every little detail made it such a lovely place to stay: the wonderfully soft sheets and towels, the lovely-smelling soap, excellent water pressure, and beautiful windows. I especially loved the lighting, with so many options to create a cozy atmosphere. Even the entrance and little lobby area felt inviting. Everything was quiet and peaceful. Elias was so kind and helpful and gave us amazing recommendations. His warm hospitality made our stay even more special. Honestly, our room ended up being my favorite part of Venice. I found myself wanting to spend extra time there simply because I enjoyed it so much! It was such a comfortable, welcoming place to come back to, and I would happily stay here again.
Disliked: Couldn’t think of anything!
The room was perfect! The bed and linens were very comfortable
Liked: Loved the quaintness of the place.
I’d highly recommend this place. It was so comfortable
Liked: It was very quiet, and very clean! Elia was a wonderful host.
Wonderful staff. Kardi was especially helpful and attentive. Gave us many tips to help us enjoy Venice to the fullest!
Liked: Spacious, clean, comfortable suite.
Disliked: With only part time staffing the kitchen ran out of bottled waters both nights. Also, with no restaurant/bar it would be nice to have a snack or two available with coffee beyond hard biscuits.
