Liked: Impeccable accommodation… truly BEYOND first class… a joy to be in, to arrive in, and to stay in… This was beyond a 10..

Disliked: 10am check outs are unacceptable… years ago it was 12 noon, then it creeped down to 11am… now it is 10am??? Why not 8am next, or 6am… Do you rent apartments on BOOKINGS.COM by the day, or by the hour???

Spectacular everything - location, views, quality of the apartment and furnishings

Liked: We found this is the ideal location to stay when visiting Venice. The view of Venice and the channel between Lido and Venice is fantastic, the car ferry from Tronchetta to Lido was delightful, and the commuter boat rides back and forth between Lido and Venice were a highlight of each day. It's just a short walk to the commuter boat terminal. If you like boats and the water this is the place for you. Plus the gorgeous views, decor, and furnishings of the apartment are truly exceptional. We had no complaints whatsoever.

Disliked: Only one suggestion - a coffee pot that whistles for the induction stove would be a nice addition - the existing coffee pot is a bit too quiet so you have to watch it like a hawk.
