  a simple room with a wonderful view from the window

  Disliked: The room was cold, the soundproofing was poor, and the only kettle available for everyone to use didn't work.

  Friendly staff, calm area and beautiful courtyard. Room is well equipped. Worth staying

  Liked: Good location (in terms of the Venice map,not the vicinity of the loud traghetto station...) and that would be all...

  Disliked: Uncomfortable, old beds, just super basic things (even not a cup to use in common space, no possibility to boil water), totally not cosy spaces with no effort to make them minimum nicer - 60toes monastery style. Very loud all day and night long because of the traghetto station just under the room. No contact with the staff in the morning (even if we said before we will need the hairdryer).... More too expensive for this "standard"

  Would definitely stay there again

  Liked: Great to be on the island of Venice. Everything is within walking distance. Being close to Fondamenta Nove meant an easy trip to Murano. Sharing a bathroom with just one other room proved no problem.

  Disliked: Nothing.

  Liked: Basic but but clean, good shower/bath, perfect location, beautiful views from our room, right beside the airport water taxi, 20min walk from train station
