Nice hotel, great location
Liked: Location -on grand canal, steps from #1 vaporetto stop, quiet, breakfast, staff, cleanliness, garden, no crowds - easy walk to crowds (only if necessary)

Very pleased with location, cleanliness and room size at the hotel. Lovely welcoming, helpful staff
Liked: Fantastic location right on the Grand Canal. Junior suite was a great size. All staff lovely
Disliked: Not impressed with being charged extra for different egg options at breakfast As a guest of hotel do not think we should have been charged €50 to drink on rooftop bar, even if this did include two drinks
Liked: Great location right in the canal. Easy to get to buy water taxi. Rooms are not that big, but sufficed for our needs. If you can Vino Vino restaurant they have the best pasta
Disliked: It would be nice if they cleaned the windowsills as we wanted to open ours but they were full of dirt and dust. It would be nice to be able to open them and look out.

Disliked: The view from the hotel is one of the best views in the city! Breathtaking. There's a waterstation right in front of the hotel which is priceless to go around the city There's no uber in Venice canal streets! No cars in the touristy areas.
