Disliked: It was unfortunate there was a power outage when we arrived so we couldn’t check-in and the staff member was unhappy. Everything else was great.
This is an apartment airbnb type. This is not a hotel. They should be transparent in their advertisement
Liked: Location from ferry. Easiest hotel to reach with city transit
Disliked: Comparable to an American holiday in express. Plenty of mold, toilet was broken, shower leaked, no iron, and no concierge/ front desk reception. This is an Airbnb apartment that is run from another venue. The is not a hotel. Be aware you have to ring a doorbell and wait for someone to check you in.
Liked: Great location, room was spacious and nicely furnished, complementary minibar was an added bonus!
Disliked: Would have expected ironing facilities, if not in the room then definitely available from reception.
Lovely room in a great location but it was very noisy
Liked: It was nice and roomy and in a good location.
Disliked: There was a lot of noise from outside. There was a great coffee machine but most of the pods were decaffeinated.
I will recommend everyone of my friend to stsy there
Liked: Firstly property looks old from the outside but quite mew from inside. They have quite good lift. Room so neat and clean. They gave full minibar as complimentary and it was filled with every sort of drink.
Disliked: Location just near to boat station. Room so clean, complimentary mini bar
