Liked: Amazing customer service by Evelyn and Team. Location is top tier and the overall check in/out experience… we would definitely come back!!:)
Disliked: The shower nozzle in Room 3 didn’t have a latch so it always ended up just dangling straight to the floor, but it has another shower that is installed straight from the ceiling, so that worked.

Great location, traditional room
Liked: Great location. Friendly host when he was there in a morning. Lovely big room in a very traditional Italian style building. Liked the old style decor.
Disliked: Only got one bathroom clean during our 5 day stay. We did have access to towels which we got from the cupboard. Needs a little attention to detail, frayed rug, knob fell off the cupboard door, drain to the shower looked mouldy around the edge, radiator in bathroom was loose as was the sink unit. Bathroom needed a touch of repainting. This was a lovely room but could be outstanding with a little TLC. So I'm not complaining, trying to say, first impressions are important and sorting these little things would go a long way to getting better reviews.

Disliked: Nothing
Liked: the room itself looked impressive, very old, high ceiling
Disliked: Not really the fault of the hotel per se, but the room was full of mosquitos, we could not get rid of them, especially with the very high ceiling. Also the way the bed was made meant that the bedding easily seperated from the matrasse which was very uncomfortable. I think that considering there's no breakfast, it's a little overpriced for what you get.
One of the better places we have stayed made all the better by a very helpful owner
Liked: This Airbnb was recommended by a friend, and it was perfect for our needs. The location in this quiet part of Venice was excellent. Very easy to get too from train station and the owner was very helpful.
