Liked: The location is really nice, located in a very calm area and right next to a great restaurant. We also appreciated the little garden space.
Disliked: We don’t understand the rating at all. It‘s missleading at best. The apartment looks like it hasn’t had a proper cleaning in years. There were stains on the bedsheets, something smeered on the blanket, the thickest layer of dust on the lamps above the bed and the bathroom had a surface level clean at max as well. Then there was the breakfast. We‘re really not picky but the fact that a collection of 1. partially open mini jams and 2. half of those still sealed were expired left us a bit speechless. There were eggs and old bread but no butter. The sweet pastries and a cookie were sealed in plastic but also expired. The croissants we got every morning arrived more burnt every day. This is truly a no-go!
Liked: Friendly owner, perfect location (calm and at the same time close to Venice, the property itself is close to the port), perfect breakfast (served to a table right in front of your room), nice garden with turtles
Liked: Michaela is very warm and welcoming. The room is lovely with everything you need. The best part is opening the doors to your own private covered terrace. Here Michaela served us the most delicious Italian breakfast. The coffee was in a Moka pot exactly how we like it. Michaela if you put in a little kitchen we would book La Perla for the whole summer!

Liked: Michela is a very nice host and the Appartement is perfect for a stay at lido di venezia! The location is very good; beach, supermarket and good restaurants are near by…and the turtles in the garden were nice to watch:)!
