Fabulous
Very recommendable
Liked: It was a great location, down some small alleys, right on the Canale Grande. Lovely staff, great breakfast and about 15 minutes walk from the station and 10 minutes from the Rialto.
Disliked: Maybe the wifi could have been a little more reliable, but I suspect the old thick walls aren’t very wifi-friendly. In any case, it was just about sufficient.
Great dock area
Liked: Breakfast was great. I like the dock area on the ground floor.
Ideal hotel. I would stay again
Liked: Really close to St Stae vaporetto stop, so easy to get to from the airport. Walkable to most sites.
Disliked: No lift which was a problem for my elderly relative with a room on the 3rd floor. I was fine with it.
I enjoyed Venice and would like to return maybe a different hotel
Liked: It was a beautiful reflection of Venice. Night reception was really lovely and helpful
Disliked: No lift, Day reception clearly needs a holiday as he was a bit put out by everything. Issue with room electricity.
Liked: Fantastic location and great patio to sit on and what the Grand Canal.
Great hotel near all the Venice landmarks!!
Liked: The hotel eas near Ponte sel Rialto. The balcony where I took my breakfast was overlooking Canal Grande. The service desk boys were very professional and helpful.
