Exceptional
Friendly staff, great service and comfortable stay
Liked: The property was clean and comfortable. The location a little outside the high tourist area which was great because it was a little quieter. The staff at the property were amazing. They were so friendly and helpful during our stay. The morning breakfast and coffee and the evening bar service really added to our stay.
Liked: The most gorgeous, quiet, clean and friendly hotel, the perfect end to our Italian holiday! We were very kindly upgraded to a beautiful suite on the top floor upon checking in, it had a gorgeous private terrace up some stairs within the room! A super comfy large bed, gorgeous bathroom and overall cleanliness of the hotel made it a gorgeous stay! The reception staff were so lovely and welcoming as well! The only negative we can think of is that we stayed only one night, we wished we could have stayed for longer! Gorgeous hotel and would recommend it to anyone!

Great staff and great location
Liked: The staff at this hotel couldn’t have been nicer. They went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Liked: The spot is such a oasis in Venice. It’s a great location for seeing the sites and very quiet if you’re looking to just sleep well. It’s also close to a lot of interesting activities. The staff were all very friendly and fluent in my language, which I appreciated. Venice is very used to Taurus coming through, so it’s not hard to find people that speak your language. I can tell that this hotel is very comfortable even when it gets really hot. They had a nice breakfast as well that was included in the stay. I would definitely consider returning. The rooms are also quite large.
Gorgeous property with an all star staff
Liked: The property is gorgeous and clean, and rooms were very comfortable. Location is very close to Piazzale Roma, which was convenient since we were only here for 1 night. The staff were excellent. They helped us book a private transfer and walked us to the dock. They even packed us a breakfast box since we had to leave very early.
Disliked: Our stay was too short.
