Very good
An exceptional apartment especially for longer stays close to the airport
Liked: This is a wonderful apartment, easy to live in for a short or longer stay for a couple or one or two children. While we did not use it, the washing machine is another bonus.
Disliked: The lack of information about the apartment starting with the gate code, which we were not given. Our Uber driver had it, but spoke little English. We never personally met the owner, who did communicate before and during our stay, and who helped us arrange transportation. Essential information for arriving and a list inside for how to manage the amenities are much needed
Good apartment but unhelpful, unfriendly communication. Would NOT recommend
Liked: Good looking apartment in a convenient location close to the airport.
Disliked: The communication was slow, unhelpful and stressful. They sent us a link to register our details with the Italian police as required. A long story, but this link did not work for us. We offered to send the required registration details by email or DM - after several days of waiting for a reply, instead of being helpful, they sent us a very unfriendly message to tell us again to use the link they sent. We explained again that the link did not work. To cut a long story short this exchange of messages continued. Eventually they used the registration details we sent and they registered us with the police. They then sent another link for us to pay the required tourist tax. This used the same website host as the first link but it was an alternative version - on this site there was a notice that said if users had problems to use this version - in other words the website hosts were aware that some users had problems with their website - something we had pointed out repeatedly. Basically there was no need for this long, slow exchange of messages. They could have sorted it easily and quickly - as did all the other places we stayed at in Italy. We are two very experienced travellers in our mid-sixties. This is one of the most unfriendly hosts we have dealt with over all those years. Despite booking several weeks in advance, it was stressful because we did not know until the final day if we definitely had a place to stay in, before our flight home the next day. On the same trip we also stayed in 3 other lovely apartments in Italy through booking.com and Airbnb. Each of those was quick to respond, friendly and helpful. No police registration, or other, problems at all with any of those other apartments. Conclusion. We would NOT stay here again and we do NOT recommend it. If you have read this far hope you have a great visit to Italy.

Liked: Reasonable easy to find. Easy to access.
Disliked: In my booking was an included extra of a return trip to the airport and a bottle of wine. When I queried about this I was told their must of been a misunderstanding. I could see it clearly on my information from Booking.com but I was told no this won't be happening. Surely the host would of seen it there end as it was plain as day my end. And I asked when I booked for a 3pm check in which was approved, then on the day of arrival I was told apartment not ready until 4.30pm. That was a bit of a negative as well.
Liked: Plenty of space
Disliked: The combination lock on the mail box was virtually impossible to work
