Exceptional
Great apartment in a great location
Liked: Great location. In the quieter area of Venice but still lots of restaurants and bars nearby and only a short walk to the livlier areas. The property had everything we needed and with 5 of us staying and 3 bathrooms, there was never a queue. The host Pietro was fab as well, very quick to respond to any messages.
Disliked: The walls are very thin and you can hear quite a lot through them. Not just from anyone in the other bedroom but the neighbours next door as well, but this wasn’t really a problem for us as the neighbours were relatively quiet.
Absolutely perfect
Liked: Location was good, away from the hustle and busy area, but still near to bars and restaurants. Great facilities, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and terrace.
Disliked: There are no negatives.

Liked: A very central, convenient, quiet location The entire building has been completely renovated; the apartments are all very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. The owner—an architect—personally attends to guests, speaks several languages fluently, he’s very friendly but discreet. A model citizen for Venice; many others should follow his example.

Liked: Fantastic stay! The location is ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet within easy reach of great bars and restaurants. The balcony was a wonderful bonus. Air conditioning in all the rooms kept everything comfortable, and Piotr was an excellent host. He was incredibly responsive, answered all of our questions right away, and made the check-in process seamless. Would stay again!
Disliked: For the price, you really can't complain. Any minor issues are totally understandable given the budget. The decor could use a slight update and the water pressure was on the lighter side (typical for being higher up in the building), but neither impacted our stay. Fantastic value overall.

Peatiful And Peaful Stay In Venice With Ice Cold AC
Liked: Had a wonderful stay! THE COLDEST AC! Which was amazing as we were there during the heatwave. Our group of six fit perfectly into the apartment and there was two additional roller twins so could easily fit 8. The terrace was beautiful and the area was so quite and peaceful. Kitchen had a stovetop, microwave and fridge/freezer tons of glassware, plates bowls and serving bowls. We cooked almost all of our meals in the apartment. Conrad grocery store was only a 12 minutes walk. And the Host is amazing and so quick to respond. This will be our new go to place in Venice
Disliked: Nothing everything was great!
