Fabulous
Liked: Wonderful, helpful, friendly staff- clean and comfortable hotel room great location right by the airport for our early morning flight. Helpful that they have a shuttle that took us at 4:30 in the morning.
An overnight stay before an early morning flight
Liked: Proximity to the airport, generous room, nice shower, a decent restaurant, an airport ahuttle
Disliked: When I contacted them earlier (via an email) they let me know that I could take a shuttle to the airport, even for a flight that was departing at 6:30, all for €15 for up to two guests, a very decent value. But they didn't mention that I could also contact them via WhatsApp to request a shuttle from the airport, so I ended up using Uber which set me back over €50 (for a 2-mile ride.) There seems to be some delayed maintenance, at least in the 1st floor hallway. The paint was scoffed, the carpet consisted of 2 pieces, one of which had a large cut. This didn't affect my stay (it was the wife who noticed), but you can't have that and get 5 stars

Disliked: No breakfast. Shuttle service was more expensive than a taxi.

Liked: It’s good location. Clean. Easy to access.
Disliked: One of the staff (a male) was rude and not helpful at all. But the 2 female staff were super helpful and friendly. I appreciated their help.
Nice hotel with restaurant. Shuttle not as advertised
Liked: Rooms are clean and functional. Only a sheet on the bed but (uncovered) duvets provided in the wardrobe. Breakfast Buffet good, also the on site restaurant open in the evenings. The no 5 bus to central Venice is a 10-15 minute walk away down the lane opposite the hotel
Disliked: The advertised shuttle to/from the airport doesn't really exist. Operated by a third party, we waited after calling the hotel and it didn't turn up. Ended up with a taxi, only Eu5 more so not too bad.
Liked: This was a perfect location for early flight out of Marco polo airport. Also restaurant at this hotel was great. Very nice for a great last dinner before our departure back to the states.
Disliked: Could use more pillows. other than that it was a very clean and modern hotel
