Disliked: What I didn’t like was the poor service from the person at the reception desk. When I arrived and asked for some ice, they said no; after I insisted, they reluctantly handed me a cup with just four ice cubes and told me that was all I could have—I find that completely unacceptable. Furthermore, the next day at breakfast, as I was leaving, I took an orange to eat later. A staff member saw me and confronted my wife in a very rude manner, claiming it wasn’t allowed—though I never saw any sign stating that. While the hotel itself is quite lovely, they really need to provide better training for their staff. I cannot recommend this place. Thank you.
Lovely hotel. Good breakfast. Nice room
Liked: Location was perfect. The bus from Lido SME did not take long at all. Breakfast was lovely and the room was beautiful.
Disliked: There were insects in the room. I think they were coming through the air vents. Also the pool had a robot cleaner in it a lot of the time which was not moving and was just in the way and not cleaning.

Don’t stay here! Rooms smell & I was double charged, with no refund 2 months later, then stopped returning my emails

Disliked: They double charge me for my room & with all the emails, still have not refunded me! The room stunk of dust & it was pretty far away from the main town. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, it’s old, not maintained & the response to emails is poor!
