Liked: The hotel is located in a quiet area, some distance from the city centre, but it is well connected and getting around is easy. One of the main advantages is the building itself – a historic property with character, architectural details and a strong sense of identity, which makes it quite different from modern, standardised hotels. The staff are another positive point: friendly, welcoming and always smiling. It is a good choice for those who value the charm of a historic building and a reasonable price more than a high-end standard or extensive facilities.
Disliked: The rooms have their own charm and fit well with the character of the building, although some elements of the interior show their age. There are also not many additional amenities.There are also not many additional amenities. However, this is more of an economical accommodation option, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly.

Liked: Very cozy and familiar space near the everything you want to see and visit at the Venezia Lido. Lungomare is about 5 minutes by walk, as same as the famous Cinema, in front of Villa is perfect groceries and bus stop. We appreciated really kind and helpful staff with nice relationship to us and our dogs.
Disliked: You can manage the parking because there is not so much space at the Villa’s area but in neighborhood is many parking lots for free.
