Very good
Perfect place to enjoy Venice away from Venice!
Liked: Great location away from busy Venice, excellent place to retreat after a busy day ar the Biennale. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The only minor issue we had was the sound insulation of the rooms, as one night our neighbours came back late, were quite noisy, and woke us up. That didn't happen the other 3 noghts of our stay, as the other guests were very respectful.

Great location and a good value for money
Liked: The position, between the Vaporetto landing and the lido beaches is great! The staff was very helpful, even lending us beach umbrellas.
Disliked: It’s an older charming house with a lot of rooms, so if some guests do not try to keep the noise down in the morning, everybody wakes up early.
Liked: Breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Due to technical problems we had 2 star hotel instead of 4 stars.
We had a lovely relaxing stay, away from the hustle and bustle of Venice
Liked: Lovely location. The owner was very welcoming and the hotel was well run with a homely feel. Would recommend.
Well located budget hotel with good breakfast
Liked: The location was great. We were close to the Gran Viale and beaches, but on a quieter street. The staff was also very friendly, responsive, and helpful. They cleaned the room daily, and there was air conditioning. There was also a TV with streaming services, which was nice for down time. The breakfast was great and coffee was delicious and strong!
Disliked: The room was tiny and we were very crammed in there as a family of four. When we arrived, the floors felt dirty but they addressed it quickly. The beds were not very comfortable. The worst part was that the wall with our neighbor was paper thin, and the first night they were up all night and kept us awake.
