Liked: nice budget accommodation for a couple of nights. i booked the one bed room and found it a perfect space for myself. the shared bathroom and common areas are a bit dated design wise but they were pretty clean. location was great to get to and from transportation and sightseeing activities! overall a good place if you aren’t too picky!
Disliked: my window rattled everytime someone came into the building or closed their door harshly. sounds from the canal also traveled easily. i didn’t mind at all but someone who is sensitive to noise might

Liked: The accommodation offers good value for money and is conveniently located near the Grand Canal. The best part was definitely the staff, who were always attentive and did their best to help us throughout our stay.
Disliked: On the downside, we found an open gap in the window of the double bedroom, apparently left from a previous air conditioning installation. Unfortunately, more than 15 mosquitoes got into the room, making it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. We also expected to have a private bathroom, but only discovered upon arrival that it was shared. This is something that should be made much clearer in the booking information. Cleanliness was acceptable and in line with what you would normally expect for this type of accommodation. Overall, the experience was acceptable considering the price and location, but better room maintenance and clearer information about the facilities included in the booking would make a big difference.
It wasn't what i expected but i made it work
Liked: I've stayed in better accomodation in a 3rd world country to be honest, the photos dont due it justice, i propbably wouldnt stay there again. good points, the owner was great and very attentative, the location was close to the train station. Overall to be honest I wasn't there for the accomodation I was there to see Venice and all its beauty so I appreciate that. I was unable to complete the smily face chart above: Staff - great Facilities - Average Cleanliness - Average Comfort - Average to not great, the room was so tiny I could barely move Value - Average Location - acceptable

Disliked: All the walls of the room where suspisiously dirty, the was trash on the table next to the door, the sheets smelled Like the have been used before and also the pillow. The water of the shower went ot to the hall all the time. Super noisy at nigh, The light is very white.
