Excellent host, location and a very modern apartment. Viterbo is well worth a visit

Liked: We had a very warm welcome. The host was always available and gave us some very good advice on places to visit. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was modern, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. It was 5 mins walk away from the Centro Storico, Information office, bus station and shops. It was very central but was still in a quiet street. We couldn’t have stayed in a better apartment. We would thoroughly, recommend this accommodation.

Nice but cold apartment in Viterbo

Liked: Beautiful apartment in an excellent position in the center of Viterbo. We had several contacts over WhatsApp before and after the check-in and we received very useful instructions and local tips. We were able to extend the check-out by a couple of hours, which was much appreciated on a Sunday morning.

Disliked: Upon arrival, the apartment was very cold as two air heaters had just been turned on. We turned on two additional electrical heaters installed in the two rooms but the owner kept switching them off remotely, and over WhatsApp the host told us that "the owner does not want you to use them, as they consume too much energy". The single heater in the bathroom was never turned on. We felt cold and "remotely controlled" by the owner thouroughtout our stay. Even if we paid more than average for that time of the year, we would have been happy to pay some more, if asked, to have an internal temperature above 19°C, as shown on the display of the heaters.
