It’s ok if you travel for work

Liked: The staff are very kind and helpful. The reception is always open. I could park my car very close to the hotel.

Disliked: There’s nothing I did not like. The thing is that the hotel is what it is, nothing more. It gives you what you expect it can give you. That’s it.

OK stay, if all other options In Viterbo are fully booked

Liked: Good location. Friendly welcome and helpful staff. Faded glory of an old hotel converted (in 1960’s?) from a merchant’s house originally built in the 1500’s with the fireplace in the breakfast room from the 1600’s. Seemingly many original 1960’s fittings. Comfortable bed and quiet room. Has to be said, I got a good night’s sleep. Agreeable Breakfast. My room was literally the last available room that day across all platforms In Viterbo on the holiday weekend.

Disliked: Sadly, the room decor of 321 was very disappointing. The room could so easily be improved towards an acceptable standard with some simple atmospheric lighting. When was the last time the bedcover was washed? Bathroom also poor. But I was only here to sleep one night and for that it was ok. Despite friendly staff, I’m sorry to say that this was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in Italy (in 2 months).
