  Great Environment and Room

  Liked: It's just a little south of Viterbo and very beautiful, loving and peaceful environment. The room is very spacious and so is the bath.

  Disliked: The breakfast consisted of packaged food. However, I liked the Coffee/tea maker and the choices of hot drinks.

  Listed as pool open but was not

  Disliked: It was listed with beautiful photos of a swimming pool and as open. But it was not and was under renos. No water. Just leaves and a step ladder inside the pool. We booked it specifically for the pool as we needed a day to relax and recharge. It is located in farmland far from town. So imagine being stuck there for a whole day with absolutely nothing to do. We couldn't even lie by the pool and take in the sun and beautiful surroundings. (It's a great property) Other than that the place was beautiful. The hosts where kind and drove us to a spa that had warm pools (not ideal given how hot it was but better than being stuck in the middle of nowhere with nothing to do). So for this we where very thankful. It would easily be a five star with the pool. Spot is heavenly. Room beautiful. Shower amazing. Food very good. Hosts super nice. I gave lower score because of... Well you read why.

  Liked: Days in Viterbo were quite relaxing. Our hopes were exceeded by the location. Everything, from the breakfast (all homemade and organic cuisine) to the very nicely furnished room, was of the best standard. Thank you also to our hosts for making us feel at home.
