  Great location, lovely stay

  Liked: We stayed here for a week and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect for exploring Lake Bolsena, northern Tuscany, as well as the mountains to the east. It is easy to drive in all directions, and there is convenient parking right next to the house. The apartment was exceptionally well maintained, with a great outdoor area. There are also good restaurants and pizzerias just next door. The check-in and check-out process, as well as communication with the host, were flawless. We had everything we needed and more, and everything was taken care of. The bathroom was great, with a very comfortable shower, and the kitchen was well equipped — there was even food provided for breakfast. One of the best accommodation experiences we have had in a long time. We would happily stay here again!

  Comfy base from which to explore the northern Lazio and southern Tuscany areas:)

  Liked: Extremely comfy bed and good shower. The breakfast spread was varied and amazing - included milk, yoghurts, eggs, juice, various cakes, biscuits, jams, water etc, as well as some chocolates! The host lives in the apartment above and was very kind, approachable and easy to contact via WhatsApp. Parking was very easy in a free public carpark located a short walk from the apartment. The Villa Lante is right at the end of the street and there's a very nice pizza place next door! Bagnaia also has a very pretty medieval centro storico and is well placed for day trips from the Viterbo area without being in the busier city centre.

  Disliked: We hadn't realised there was no TV when we booked - our fault - however we were able to stream programs on our laptop with the provided good internet/wifi:D

  We would def. book again - cozy little place:)

  Liked: A fantastic location - very tastefully decorated flat and also a good setting to explore the area around Viterbo. And a way better location than going into Viterbo itself as it is away from the hustle of masses of tourists while still there is things like good restaurants in walking distance:)

  Liked: Lovely room with a beautiful green patio. It is nice that there is a small kitchen outside the room with nice cakes and sweets. The room is spacious with a good shower.

  Disliked: Breakfast is a self service. With nice products. But would prefer service. The net door to the breakfast room is very difficult to open.
