  Okay

  Liked: Small well kept unit.

  Disliked: No verandah as depicted in the photos. The area is very dodgy at night and unsafe walking home from dinner. Lots of vagrants and drug users lurking in lane way.

  Nice and clean

  Liked: Very clean and gracefully decorated. Great position. Lovely terrace.

  Disliked: The sofa/bed in the living area is extremely uncomfortable. Only 1 hook in the bathroom and nowhere to put your things. The checkout time is indicated as 11-11:30, well at 10:40 a lady rang the doorbell to ask if we were leaving. We left the property at 11:20 she stayed in front of the door the whole time waiting while we were carrying our stuff to the car. She was polite and chatty however clearly pushing, which was not very nice. We had arrived at 11pm the night before, after being stuck in traffic for 10 hours and travelling with a 4 month old baby (known information) a bit of extra courtesy not to rush us out of the door would have been nice!

  Spacious, comfortable flat in central location

  Liked: Spacious apartment with large terrace close to the old town of Viterbo. Quiet. Bathroom close to bedroom - excellent shower. Decor good.

  Disliked: Outdoor seating is made from pallets and placed where it's difficult for all but one person to see the view (it's a large terrace). Living room sofa/spare bed not very comfortable.
