    Good property

    Liked: Nice feel, good furnishings, lovely staff, nice breakfast

    Disliked: It’s a 5 min walk outside the gates on a busy road. A bit expensive

    Liked: We love the room, we're just 3 people (couple and kid) obviously it was ok for one twin and 1 single but they made an extra effort they put another single bed. It was really appreciated! We really enjoy it!

    Short stay. Room was sufficient spotless clean

    Disliked: There needs to be a ramp for wheelchairs to get to the lift to access the rooms

    Liked: The Giovana staff were very helpful, guiding me and answering my questions about attractions and transportation options, and even printing out public transport schedules for me (from Vietnam):)

    Comfortable stay

    Liked: Very friendly staff, very nice reception, comfortable rooms, very well stocked breakfast table (even with few guests around)

    Disliked: the interiors are not cosy (outdated) but clean and functional
