  We liked the place despite the austerity but really missed the WIFi

  Liked: The location was good-right inside the city walls. Beautiful building with high ceilings and wood floors

  Disliked: There was no WiFi for three days and the apartment was very bare and functional. It had a bit of the feel of a single occupancy unit which was a shame as a little effort would go a long way.

  Disappointing

  Liked: It’s a small studio style apartment with a raised sleeping area. It’s modern and in theory it should be perfectly comfortable but, frankly, it wasn’t.

  Disliked: After making a non-refundable booking the property messaged that the air conditioning should not be adjusted. I contacted booking.com to say not being able to adjust the temperature was ridiculous. During the stay the air conditioning shut down after midnight and was inoperable. It was extremely hot. The internet didn’t work either. The responses from the management was to send the same password that was in the room. Clearly, they are not interested in anything but non-refundable bookings. Then there was the toilet seat, the miserable rain shower that drips cold water while you wash, threadbare towels… Very strong contrast with other air bnb in Lazio which were very good.

  Liked: central and quite location, good for a quick stop over, easy to reach train station and all major sites of the town, very close to supermakets

  Disliked: poor communication from the host, not all instructions were clear, poor equipment of the kitchen

  Very good value for money

  Liked: The flat was very comfortable, designed to high standards and very close to cafes and restaurant. Very good value for money
