Exceptional
A experience that added so much to our one night stay in Volterra
Liked: This apartment was magnificent! A very large stately property with tall ceilings, and an amazing patio that looked up into Volterra. So much character. We could walk up stairs to be in Volterra proper. A lovely one night stay.
Liked: Amazing property and location! A quick 8-minute stroll into town. The villa was warm, comfortable and spacious and the team was very helpful throughout the stay
Lovely stay
Liked: Amazing property, lovely staff and great location. Loved it!
We really loved staying at the villa and would choose it again
Liked: The villa is beautiful and in a handy location for the old part of town. Our room (Alabaster) has a lovely terrace and we were able to cook in the kitchenette. We were greeted by a lovely hostess, who gave us lots of local information. Free parking space right outside.
Period accommodation in Volterra
Liked: Lovely old villa within walking distance of the town, but please note that there are steps to climb. Onsite parking available but with narrow entrance to driveway. Friendly and approachable staff always willing to help.
Disliked: Limited cooking facilities if you do decide to eat in to enjoy the period style apartment.
Magnificent appartment
Liked: The house is really magnificent. It it seldom that a hotel surpasses once’s expectations. Inge gave us a good start explaining where to go in Volterra. View from our terrace wonderful and nice garden. Super clean appartment. Beds comfortable. Renovated with the old atmosphere kept in the house.
Disliked: A little bit hard to enter through a narrow path to the parking spot.
