  Liked: Location was easy and close to the strip and the pool was nice and clean mostly. Lots of appliances there if necessary

  Disliked: No wifi at any times and one of the rooms had a broken air conditioner and there’s no lock on the main gate entrance so anyone could come into the apartment space. Only four sun loungers so pool can get quite busy. Location near the strip meant that there were large crowds around the area late at night causing lots of noise.

  Liked: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Horrible people running the “business”, or actually just kids. No idea of how to treat guests. When we arrived there was no one there, there’s no reception or anything to receive us and they even had no idea we were coming when we called (because we made a reservation a few hours earlier). They were extremely rude over the phone, made every possible thing to annoy me. Imagine, they asked me to sign a paper, in my phone, and the SIGNATURE HAD TO BE EXACTLY LIKE IN MY ID. I had to sign multiple times because they complained the signature was not similar enough. Once again, I WAS SIGNING ON MY PHONE. Because they don’t have a reception. WHO does this??? As I got more and more mad about the situation, they made it even more complicated for us to enter the building. Imagine, all of this happened with US ON THE STREET IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING WITH OUR BAGS!!!!! We felt powerless and these kids were just playing with us. Then I asked for an invoice for my payment, with all of their business details as is legally required, and they answered that the invoice required only my details and not theirs!! They have no idea of what they are doing. For a lower price we ended up finding a much better hotel by the beach with proper service and adults running the place.

  Good location, suitable apartments, good value for money

  Liked: Very good location, nice pool and working shower, toaster, oven and air con. Staff were helpful. Perfect location close to strip but not too close

  Disliked: We booked the apartment with terrace but didn’t receive it, everybody else we spoke to also booked this apartment but didn’t get it.
