  Liked: Spotless clean and staff very lovely, lots of pool slides for kids

  Disliked: I didn’t think the enterprise at night was much good ( but that’s just my opinion) I also didn’t think the food in the buffet restaurant was great

  Liked: The size of the resort and the number of pools, being able to access all the different Alfagar hotels and pools was good.

  A lovely stay in a great location, with something for everyone!

  Liked: We loved being able to use the different facilities across the hotels and there was lots to entertain the children.

  Disliked: The breakfast and dinner was too expensive so we didn’t select this when we usually would.

Please note that New Year's parties are not allowed in the apartments or any area of the complex.

Please note that breakfast and/or Half Board can be served at Alfagar Aparthotel's restaurant which is part of Alfagar Group and located in another building outside of Alto da Colina main site.

Guests wishing to purchase meals along with their reservation should specify on which days they desire to book them. This request can be made through the Special Requests box, when booking.

Please note that the splash pool is open from May to October. Please note that the water slides for children have a seasonal operation and are closed between 1st November and 31st March. The opening of the water slides takes place during the month of April, with no exact date specified. The availability of this facility is also subject to weather conditions.

Please note that the safety deposit box is available for a surcharge.When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.
