  Excellent stay, will return

Liked: Great location, excellent facilities and will be back again for sure with my family and I've told my extended family to join.

Disliked: Heated pools could do with more heating. Heard similar complaints from other people with younger babies who couldn't use the non heated pools due to age of babies and relied on heated pools. Staff were generally nice, though one person whose name I didn't get over phone was rude when I dialled reception on a couple of occasions. Not reflective of other staff so just ignored them.
