  Ideal spot

Liked: Close to nightlife but not so close to hear the noise.

Disliked: I'd be nit picking if I said anything. Over all nothing to complain about.

  Very comfortable, modern apartment

Liked: The apartment was very clean and modern

Disliked: Only one issue for us was the inconvenience of us being responsible for taking away our rubbish so we had to walk to the road bin to get rid of our rubbish bags every few days.
