very relaxing break with the family

Liked: we had booked a 3 bedroom apartment (#320) which was superb & value for Money. the apartment site was good as we needed to get to the golf club & the shop/reception & it was situated about halfway from both.

Disliked: The downfall was the lack of places to have a snack at lunchtime. The Bistro sud & Lake house had the same menu. The Panini bar was not open.

Pleasant stay on the whole besides a few issues as the pools were a real treat for the children

Liked: Good selection of pools in lovely settings. However water very cold. Good decor and space in the apartment. Beautiful grounds Close to a few attractive beaches

Disliked: Some aspects of the apartment: *The terrace/patio was dirty and had not been swept. Upturned furniture - worse for wear and a dirty barbecue that hadn't been cleaned with cigarette stubs underneath! * Only two not matching wine glasses for an apartment that sleeps 8. Reception said it was the owners responsibility not theirs. And only 3 bowls. * Dishwasher wasn't working - clogged up holes * Unpleasant smell in the bathroom that wasn't addressed when asked Reception staff not particularly friendly Some facilities closed in October e.g. one of the pool bars and also the mini club for kids Unable to book main restaurant at 7' o'clock opening time as catering only for half board Albefeira very touristy

Great gig for two beginners and a complete switch off for the wife with lovely staff and surroundings

Liked: The property was well cleaned and spacious, it was well stocked.

Disliked: We did get caught out by the sprinklers just outside our door twice, but that is really clutching at straws to find a negative

Liked: Lots of pools, generally felt super clean. Very spacious and comfortable. We had a nice relaxing stay.

Disliked: The bed wasn’t very comfortable. My first set up sheets felt very old. After the staff cleaned the room it felt better.
