  Liked: The peace and tranquillity. Well equipped apartment with very welcome A/C. Just what we wanted. Added bonus was we had the Sun up to 8.30 every night and felt we had the pool to ourselves. No overcrowding, excellent.

  You're smashing it BALAIA PLAZA AL!!!

  Liked: Peeps, if you've just begun looking for a holiday stay, trust me when I say there's s no need to go any further! If you do continue to look, I bet my bottom dollar, you will have this saved as a favourite, and you will, most certainly, come back to it. So save yourself the hassle! and book it now (but please save space for me to come back a third time:) )It was our second time at BALAIA PLAZA AL. Once again, it more than exceeded our expectations. From pre booking enquiries, through booking and during our stay, we were looked after each step of the way. It was like we were the only people that mattered. Quite clearly, all other holiday makers were treated with the same hospitality. Each party is individually looked after with care, consideration, and respect. My personal needs were accommodated, too. Nothing too big, or too small. Facilities are fantastic; clean, comfortable, spacious, and simply just the exact place to relax. It's just a 15 to 20 minute walk away from a big supermarket with a 5 min return with a boot full of shopping in a taxi (really cheap too when ordering from the local taxi app). 10 to 15 min drive from main beaches, bars, and restaurants. However, we liked the walk! (20 to 30 mins depending on your speed). A big shout out to the hosts on the complex, my kids and I enjoyed catching up with them and theirs... another big shout to the lovely staff who came to refresh our linen and facilities. What lovely, courteous, and polite staff. Hopfully see you again, BALAIA PLAZA AL.

  Disliked: Nothing whatsoever! If you'd rather not walk up the short hill on the main road to the shops, take a cab. Like I say, it's just 5 minutes away. Alternatively, go out exploring for the day and pick up the shopping on your way back as it's then downhill:) Enjoy you all...

  Liked: Private little complex. Spacious, well equipped town house.

  Disliked: Beds are a little firm. Location further away from amenities than we'd expected. Definitely recommend hiring a car unless you're willing to use Uber/Bolt

  Really enjoyed the trip! Madalena was very nice and helpful and would definitely recommend the accommodation to friends&
