Liked: Good location and nice backyard.

Disliked: BED BUG WARNING The property is a beautiful, historic house with a lovely backyard and a great location. I really wish I could have enjoyed the surroundings, but unfortunately, our stay was seriously disrupted by a bed bug infestation. We stayed for two nights, and on the first morning, we discovered a large, adult bed bug crawling on the bedsheet, along with multiple smaller ones under the pillow. We were absolutely horrified, as we understood how serious a bed bug problem could be and how difficult it can be to deal with afterward. We immediately reported the issue to the reception. Two cleaning staff members came to our room and carried out a thorough cleaning, during which we had to wait outside the room. However, despite this effort, we discovered multiple bed bugs again around midnight on the second night, this time in all three beds in Room 4. At that point, my friend and I had no choice but to leave the room in the middle of the night and spend the rest of the night in the public area until morning. The experience was extremely stressful and completely disrupted our stay. In addition to the inconvenience, we had to pay for cleaning our clothes, and both of us developed bed bug bites on our arms and legs a few days later. What made the experience even more disappointing was that we received neither an apology nor a refund from the property. While the property itself is beautiful and conveniently located, a serious bed bug issue like this is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here unless the infestation has been properly addressed.
