  Disliked: They don't answer messages aside from declining a change in the reservation, which took them 5 minutes to decline. The check in experience was nothing less than disappointing. The check in is technically at 4, it took us 1 hour to fill the information on their system, due to errors in the system and communication. When we finally managed to check in, they started cleaning our rooms, hence we didn't have access to them for another 30 minutes. The door in one of the rooms couldn't close properly. To summarise: horrible communication, horrible check in experience, horrible customer service, and not much safety in the house. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

  Disliked: Staff very rude, called several times to announce my arrival and no one pick up, several other clients warned me that they take hours to get to the reception.

  Good location but staff, beds and would need bettering

  Liked: The location and the size was good

  Disliked: First they tell you to inform at what time you Will arrive so they have someone at the reception. We did by mail and by phone in advance, even though we had to wait 1hour to checkin. Then the floor in the apartment was soaking wet.
