  Liked: Location great, very close to old town, but not noisy

  Simple, clean, albeit dated but a great location

  Liked: Clean, comfortable but quite dated and simple but the location was so good. The fridge and kettle were very useful to have. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of wardrobe space, shelves and drawers.

  Disliked: A bar is advertised and photos shown on the hotel leaflet, but it didn't look like it had been open for years. There was no duvet cover on the duvet, just a top and bottom sheet with extra blankets in the wardrobe. There's power sockets by the bed but these were unaccessible due to the wooden bedhead, especially if using a UK adaptor. The female receptionist was helpful, but not very friendly and with minimal customer service (my kettle needed replacing and this was duly done, but with what I can only describe as a scowl! )
