Liked: Staff very good, clean hotel and rooms, location good, swimming pool size good indoor and outdoor, food was good

Disliked: Sofa bed in the living room was atrocially bad with me requesting to be changed as you will hurt your back sleeping in it,pool outside was absolutely baltic very cold and it should be able to heat it i think as nobody was using it and it is a pitty cause it is a good size, entertainment was very poor and as much is one entertainer was trying to do she could not cause she wasn't speaking any English, didn't know any of the games rules and she was just there for nothing, she was inviting people for aqua qym in a freezing pool like nobody in the right mind will go for that so maybe next time look at the environment and ask people to do yoga or stretching instead but as I said very poor, music at the pool was way too loud the variety of drinks at the all inclusive was very bad with all local drinks and ni other options or maybe reduced prices if you want branded drinks so very bad,the pool food was very bad with literally 2 options of meat some cold hamburger and skewers and cold fries really bad

Great for a 4 night stay!

Liked: Specious hotel suite with little kitchen in good central location, couple of lovely beaches in a short walking distance. Fresh fruit every morning and good food options for all inclusive dining. You have an opportunity to eat in different restaurants to which hotel supplies free shatter. You can also use sister hotels facilities which was a great bonus. Lovely, helpful staff at the reception. For the price I paid I would definitely recommend.

Disliked: Sofa bed very uncomfortable to sleep on for my teens.

Liked: Lovely spacious apartment between old town and the strip

Disliked: The drinks and snacks available could do with improvements. No snacks available anywhere, only breakfast/lunch/dinner. The cake place never had food/snacks when we looked. Drinks available at the pool bar were poor

Overall having stayed there before and would definitely stay there again

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, Central Location and rooms were clean. Breakfast was excellent

Disliked: The room we were in the "public WI Fi" was very weak. Had to log on to the "Lobby Wi Fi" needed a pass word which was a lot better. May be needs a better extender. There is a need for better extenders. The toilet flushing needs a better flushing system.
