  Great value hotel with exceptional views and friendly service

  Liked: Very friendly hotel in a good location close to beach and old town.(Hill on way home.).Decor a little outdated but very comfortable and staff are very nice and extremely helpful.Nice continental breakfast.Views from the hotel are to die for and we had one of the best (Room 501).Can't wait to go back...😎

  Disliked: Not much not to like.Definetly could double with a refurb but might lose some if it's quaint charm then.Chairs dragging on the tile floor all through the breakfast service made sure you got up early and made the most of your day..🤣.

  It was adequate for a 1 night stay

  Liked: The lady in the kitchen was great and very helpful. Breakfast was very good and great value for money.

  Disliked: The rooms were a far cry from the pictures on the web page. There was no view from the room. The view from the balcony was great, but it was very cramped. The carpets in the room were very tatty.

  Everything was perfect, and we absolutely loved our stay

  Liked: We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk from both the city centre and the beach. Our room on the 5th floor was probably the best one in the hotel: incredibly spacious, with a balcony and a breathtaking ocean view. The breakfast was great, and the hotel was clean and tidy throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Carla from the day shift, who made us feel very welcome. We also appreciated being provided with extra utensils and a kettle upon request. Having a fridge in the room was another great bonus. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

  Disliked: Nothing negative to say! Everything was perfect, and we absolutely loved our stay.

  Liked: The staff and the breakfast were good

  Disliked: My ac wasn't working properly. The walls were really thin according to the reviews I read before I went. I had to get in early in order to ensure there's a parking spot. They need to do some upgrading

  Liked: The staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble, the room was very clean, regular towel changes, breakfast good value for the price

  Disliked: The pool area needs a little TLC, some sun beds were broken & most of the parasols were broken, not enough plug sockets in room, more coat hangers needed
